 Are you ready to take your yoga practice to the next level and share your passion with others? Our Yoga Teacher Training Program is designed to deepen your understanding of yoga, enhance your practice, and equip you with the skills to become a confident and knowledgeable yoga instructor.

Program Overview

 Our Yoga Teacher Training Program runs from January 17th to May 2nd, with a two-week spring break from March 10th to 24th. This immersive program is structured to provide you with a solid foundation in yoga theory and practice, ensuring you are well-prepared to teach yoga to others. Additionally, we offer online components to complement your in-person training, allowing for flexible learning and deeper engagement.

1. Asana Practice

  • Daily yoga classes to enhance your personal practice
  • In-depth study of alignment, adjustments, and modifications

2. Pranayama and Meditation

  • Techniques to deepen your breath awareness and meditation practice
  • Incorporating pranayama and meditation into your teaching

3. Yoga Philosophy and Ethics

  • Exploration of the history and philosophy of yoga
  • Understanding the ethical responsibilities of a yoga teacher

4. Anatomy and Physiology

  • Comprehensive study of human anatomy as it relates to yoga
  • Safe and effective teaching methods for all body types

5. Teaching Methodology

  • Techniques for effective class planning and sequencing
  • Developing your unique teaching style and voice

6. Practicum

  • Hands-on teaching experience with feedback from experienced instructors
  • Opportunity to lead classes 

7. Business Essentials

  • Understanding the business side of yoga teaching
  • Marketing, branding, and managing your yoga career
  • Setting up classes, workshops, and retreats

Tuition and Payment Options

Tuition Price: $3200

  • Deposit: $500 (required July 1st to hold your spot for the July 6th through October 10th Summer program)
  • Full Tuition Due Date: Summer Program: July 6, 2025
  • Early Bird Price: $2800 [if paid in full before June 6, 2025 (Summer)]
  • MyCAA Grant: Available for spouses of active duty military service members

Bonus: Your tuition includes an unlimited monthly yoga membership for the duration of the YTT spring program. Take full advantage of our studio offerings and deepen your practice with unlimited access to all yoga classes.

How to Apply

Ready to embark on this transformative journey? Apply for the YTT 2025 Program with these steps:

  1. Fill Out the Application: Click on the application link below and complete the form with all required details.
  2. Phone Interview: Once we receive your application, we will contact you to schedule a phone interview. This will give us a chance to discuss your goals, answer any questions you may have, and ensure that our program is the right fit for you.
  3. Submit Deposit: After the phone interview, if you are accepted into the program, we will request a $500 deposit to hold your spot for the January 17th start date. This deposit will be applied towards your tuition.

Spaces are very limited for our spring session, with only 10 spots available. We encourage you to apply early to secure your place in this transformative program.
