Ray started his Yoga journey in 1984. He has practiced Pilates and Tai Qi for over a decade. His teaching is geared towards Kundalini, yet he shares many different styles of Yoga with us in the studio as needed. Ray has studied with renowned Yogis and in Ashrams but is generally too humble for us to hear him talk about it! He is nonetheless a deep source of wisdom, having taught all around the Hampton roads area. As a committed, lifelong teacher and student, you may see him attending and teaching many OV Yoga classes. Health and wellness is Ray's passion!

Daisy’s love of eastern philosophy and meditation began when she was 13. Yoga and Five Element Theory were introduced into her life when she was 16, as remedies for injuries from a car accident two years prior. Only being able to practice basic poses on and off for many years, Daisy felt her Asana journey had plateaued due to chronic pain. She was thus inspired to become an RYT 200. Understanding individual alignment was pivotal for her to overcome perceived limitations. Daisy teaches Gentle, Multilevel and Yin Yoga classes. Her focus is on bringing kindness to the body through ease and heart-centeredness, that we may also bring more kindness to those around us.
Yolanda has been a huge part of Yoga in Ocean View for many years and teaches at the studio when she is in town. Yolanda Co-leads retreats, subs classes and brings joy to all she does!!
